1. Who is responsible

This website, simumation.pro, is operated by Mauro Moro (Switzerland). For any privacy-related question or request, contact: mauro.moro@simumation.pro.

Processing is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable to visitors from the EU/EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What this site collects

This site has no user accounts and no contact forms. The following processing takes place:

Server logs. The site is hosted on Fly.io infrastructure. Like virtually all web servers, the hosting layer processes your IP address and request metadata transiently to deliver pages and defend against abuse. These logs are not used to identify visitors.
Email inquiries. If you email us, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message solely to respond to your inquiry. Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for that purpose.
Analytics. We use a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics instance (Umami, running on our own infrastructure) to count page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, stores no raw IP addresses, and does no cross-site tracking. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding site usage.

3. Cookies

This site itself sets no cookies. Embedded third-party content may involve its own processing — see the next section.

4. Third-party content

When you load this site, your browser also requests resources from the following third parties, which necessarily discloses your IP address to them:

Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — web font delivery. Google privacy policy.
unpkg.com — delivery of the Lucide icon library.
YouTube — the background videos on the home page are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set advertising cookies unless you interact with the player. Google privacy policy.

5. Your rights

Under the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. EU/EEA visitors also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
